  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM HKT or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
  • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days

We use reliable international carriers depending on your location:

  • Hong Kong / Mainland China: SF Express, 4PX, YunExpress
  • United States / Canada: USPS, Canada Post, DHL eCommerce, YunExpress
  • Europe / Australia / Other countries: YunExpress, 4PX, DHL, ePacket
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 USD (or equivalent) to most countries

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, holidays, or carrier delays:

  • Hong Kong / Mainland China: 3–7 business days
  • United States / Canada: 7–18 business days
  • Europe / Australia: 10–25 business days
  • Other countries: 10–30 business days

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery with photos and order number
  • We will work with the carrier to file a claim and, if confirmed, issue a refund or replacement
