At SeaPeak Industry, we stand behind the quality of our LED lighting products. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy with free return shipping on eligible items.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery date
- In original condition: unused, undamaged, with all tags/labels intact
- In original packaging (if applicable)
- With proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Non-returnable items:
- Custom or personalized products
- Opened/used bulbs (due to hygiene/safety reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" on the product page
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
2. How to Return an Item
- Contact us within 30 days via email (info@seapeaktrading.cn) or WhatsApp (+86 19701696496) with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a prepaid return label (free return shipping for eligible returns within Canada/US).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.
- Ship the item back using the provided label. Keep the tracking number.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection:
- Full refund of product price (excluding original shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error)
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)
- If you received a discount or promotion, the refund will be based on the paid amount
Return shipping costs: Free for returns within Canada/US if the return is approved. International customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective/wrong.
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or model:
- Follow the return process above
- We will ship the replacement item after receiving and inspecting the original
- If the replacement is more expensive, you'll be charged the difference
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue
- We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund
- Return shipping is free in these cases
