At SeaPeak Industry, we strive to deliver your LED lighting products quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy below for details on processing, delivery times, costs, and tracking.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) on business days are usually processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing may take up to 5 business days.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Zhuhai, Guangdong, China. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

Note: Delivery times do not include customs clearance delays. Quebec, Canada customers may experience faster domestic shipping if stock is available locally.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method.
- Free shipping on orders over $99 USD (for standard shipping to eligible countries).
- Express shipping fees range from $15–$60 USD depending on order size and location.
- All prices are in USD. Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility.
4. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package on the carrier's website or through our order status page.
If your order is delayed or lost:
- Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue (replacement or refund may apply).
5. International Shipping & Customs
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees imposed by their country.
Orders may be held at customs for inspection. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
